The Impulse SV400 pile trimming machine is designed for "trimming" the heads of square-section reinforced concrete piles ranging from 300 to 400 mm without damaging the reinforcement.
The Impulse SV400 pile cutter performs over 25 work cycles per hour, enabling the processing of up to 200 pile heads during an 8-hour work shift.
The simultaneous penetration of the pyramid-shaped cutting tool ensures high penetration capability into the pile body, while the large surface area of the tool's side faces, positioned at specific angles, provides the necessary material destruction of the pile.
These features ensure high performance of the Impulse pile trimming machine.
The body of the SV400 pile cutter is made of high-strength alloyed steels. It protects all working components of the structure from mechanical damage from both above and below, ensuring high reliability and durability of the design.
