The Impulse VP500 hydraulic-driven vibratory hammer is designed to be mounted on a hydraulically equipped base machine (excavator, drilling rig, etc.) and is intended for driving and extracting various types of pile elements into and out of the ground:
- Steel sheet piles (Z-, U-shaped, flat, etc.);
- Tubular piles;
- Sheet pile panels;
- Steel pipes;
- Wooden piles;
- Plastic/composite sheet piles;
- Beams (I-beam, channel, etc.).
The maximum weight and length of the pile elements are determined by the soil conditions at the worksite.
When equipped with a removable tamping plate, the Impulse VP500 is suitable for compacting the surface layer of the soil to increase its bearing capacity.
The delivery set includes:
- Impulse VP500 hydraulic vibratory hammer
- Sheet pile clamp head
- Swivel adapter ("shackle")
- Set of hydraulic hoses for connecting to the base machine's hydraulic system
